Cancellation conditions

Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: free of charge.

    Cancellation 29 to 8 days before arrival: 50% of the agreed total price.
    Cancellation 7 days or less before arrival or no-show: 70% of the agreed total price.
    In case of early departure or late arrival: 70% of the agreed daily rate per day not utilized.

Please note: Cancellations of reservations will only be accepted in writing.

Rate information

The surcharge for a single room is 50% per night.
Supplement for double occupancy in the family suites: €20 per person and night.
Supplement for double occupancy in the family suites superior: €30 per person and night.
The prices are per person and night including half board and excluding the local tax of €3,80 per night.
In case of early departure, we charge the full room rate.
Pets are only allowed upon request.
