Plan your holiday – but play it safe!

Good holiday planning is half the work. Still, things don’t always go to plan. That’s why we loosened our cancellation conditions. You can now book your holiday without worries and look forward to your stay at the Anigglhof.

Please inform us as soon as possible if, for any reason, you are unable to start your holiday.

Our cancellation conditions are as follows:

Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: free of charge.
Cancellation from 29 to 8 days before arrival: 50% of the agreed total price.
Cancellation within 7 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 70% of the agreed total price.
In case of early departure or late arrival: 70% of the agreed daily rate per unused day.
Important: Cancellations are only accepted in written form.
Notice pursuant to Part III, Title III, Section I of the Consumer Protection Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).

Important: You can change the date of your stay (depending on availability). If you do so, please consider the periods mentioned hereabove. All cancellations must be in written

Late arrival/early departure

Sometimes, life doesn’t go to plan and you have to leave earlier or arrive later than planned. Please understand that we still have to charge the full room price in this case.

No-show

In case you don’t arrive at all, we have to charge the total room price.
