Cancellation conditions

The following conditions apply to all winter stays from December 19^th 2020 to April 5^th 2021:
Until 1 week before arrival, cancellation is free of charge.
Until 3 days before arrival, the cancellation fee amounts to 70% of the total booking price, after this period it amounts to 90%.

The following conditions apply to all summer stays from May 21^st to November 6^th 2021:
Until 14 days before arrival, cancellation is free of charge.
Until 7 days before arrival, the cancellation fee amounts to 50% of the total booking price, after this period it amounts to 70%.

Rate information

The surcharge for a single room is 50% per night.
Supplement for double occupancy in the family suites: €20 per person and night.
Supplement for double occupancy in the family suites superior: €30 per person and night.
The prices are per person and night including half board and excluding the local tax of €2.10 per night.
In case of early departure, we charge the full room rate.
Pets are only allowed upon request.
